I’ve been working with people in career transition for almost 35 years, with nearly 15 of those years spent as a human resource recruiter. And that includes supporting professionals from entry level through c-level in a wide range of industries.

I love that I get to help people bring who they really are to what they do in life. Each person is unique, and I get to help them learn to express their uniqueness in the resume and during the interview.

Clients like that I can do what AI and other technology tools can’t do for them. Having been on all sides of the hiring process, I know how to ask the right questions and pull out the answers needed to appeal to and communicate clearly and effectively with hiring decision makers.
